Looking for Halloween events for kids in Delhi this year? HallowVille runs on Saturday 31 October and Sunday 1 November 2026, 2 PM to 7 PM, a short walk from Govind Puri Metro Station, so it's an easy trip for families from South Delhi, Noida, Gurugram, Faridabad and Ghaziabad. There's a dedicated zone for toddlers and preschoolers, and plenty for bigger kids and parents too.

At HallowVille by HorrorCon, a kids’ Halloween festival at NSIC Grounds (Gate 6), Okhla Phase III, New Delhi, on 31 October and 1 November 2026, 2 PM to 7 PM. Expect cosplay, a Halloween parade, trick-or-treating, DIY crafts, a potions lab, a Monster Rave and the Monster Academy.
Take the metro to Govind Puri Metro Station on the Violet Line and use Gate No. 1 to head towards the NSIC ground and exhibition area. From Noida, take the Blue Line to Botanical Garden, switch to the Magenta Line to Kalkaji Mandir, then ride the Violet Line one stop to Govind Puri. From Gurugram, take the Yellow Line to Central Secretariat and switch to the Violet Line. From Faridabad, the Violet Line runs straight to Govind Puri. From Ghaziabad, take the Blue Line to Mandi House and switch to the Violet Line. Event entry is through Gate No. 6 of NSIC Grounds. If you’re driving, free and paid parking is available near the venue on a first-come, first-served basis.
